Our bomb tacos begin with locally made corn tortillas, Chef-griddled to a light crispness, and feature marinated Carne Asada, Smoky Chicken Tinga, or tender Birria, for example—served atop smooth and melty Chihuahua cheese griddled to a golden brown directly onto the tortilla. We also offer a bold Chorizo & Yukon Gold, and vibrant Blackened Shrimp taco; plus, meatless options like our Panko Avocado, Portabella Sofrito and Bean Supreme. From tortilla to garnish—each of our bomb tacos are layered with flavor and expertly crafted to provide immense enjoyment with every bite!
Our freshly made salsas, guacamole and gluten-free queso dip are served with fresh tortilla chips, tossed with a hint of taco seasoning right out the hot corn oil they’re fried in. Other bomb sides include our vegan-recipe rice and beans, and our Signature Eloté—sweet, tender corn-on-the-cob, chargrilled, steamed to doneness, flash-fried to order, and finished with chipotle aioli and cotija cheese. We proudly offer a full line-up of Detroit's own Faygo pop, and our delicious 'Margaritade'—a freshly squeezed citrus punch with a hint of cinnamon!
